Most items are made to order and are made shipped via USPS or Fed Ex Ground
from Ocala, Florida. Your order will be shipped within within 1 to 5 business
after order has been received. In the event of a delay, we will attempt
to notify you by email or phone. In the Summer Season we mail out orders
on Mondays and Tuesdays.
We ship to the entire U.S., its territories and possessions, including
Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, and overseas military APO/FPO
addresses. Selected items, due to weight and/or size limitations may not
be eligible for shipment outside the continental United States. Orders
shipped to APO/FPO addresses will be shipped Parcel Post to arrive within
7-10 business days. We regret that we cannot ship to foreign countries
and we do not ship COD or freight outside of the continental U.S.
Shipping cost is based on your order. Browse our store and insert items

Shipping amount presented during checkout are estimates based on order
value, shipping location, and item weights; actual item weights may vary.
Damaged Items - If your item appears to be damaged, you must notify us
within 3 days upon receipt for further instructions. Proper steps need
to be taken for insured items sent, do not discard or use any packaging.
FedEx Ground shipments include insurance and United States Parcel
Service orders do not unless an extra fee is paid ahead of time.
Exchanges For Credit - If you are not content with your
order you are welcome to have a store credit. To do so please contact
us within 3 days upon receipt. After approval a restocking fee of 20%
will be applied. Return shipping charges will be your responsibility.
No refunds will be given.
